Responsibilities:
- Execute complex data corrections including Aggregate ID validation, Split PIDs, and Address Creation/Insertion to prevent downstream provisioning failures.
- Analyzes MDU/MTU addressing, architecture and site survey designs.
- Interface with Engineering, Operations and Sales organizations to serve and support proper MDU/MTU build designs.
- Track progress to ensure Open For Sales (OFS) targets are met.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines of projects.
- Deep understanding of 5G/Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) architecture, specifically MDU builds and donor site dynamics.
- Experience with address validation, property/parcel ID (PID) management, and GIS-based tools.
Desired Skills:
- Precision: Obsessive attention to detail-ensuring MDU/MTU build packages are "whole and correct" the first time.
- Agility: Ability to handle rapid-fire ADHOC requests while maintaining standardized national processes.
- Communication: Capable of translating technical site issues into actionable solutions for Construction Engineers and General Contractors.
Education/Certifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Telecom Project Management or Network Engineering.
This role can be filled in any of big cities where 5G Ready is available: Miami, Tampa, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta, Charlotte, Las Vegas or Chicago
