Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer / Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#/.NET application development, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS administration, and modern DevOps tooling and a proven ability to design, develop, deploy, and support secure, scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with SQL Server using T-SQL and stored procedures.
- Deploy, host, and support applications in IIS with sound security and performance practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and manage source control with Git and Bitbucket.
- Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Ansible and scripting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and operations to deliver quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Entity Framework, and REST APIs.
- Strong SQL Server skills including T-SQL and stored procedures.
- Experience hosting and supporting applications in Microsoft IIS.
- Version control with Git and Bitbucket.
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins.
- Infrastructure and deployment automation with Ansible.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture patterns.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft IIS deep administration experience.
- Angular or React for front-end development.
- Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Azure DevOps or Azure Cloud Services.
- PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Microservices architecture design and implementation.
- SSIS and SSRS experience.
- Domain experience in financial services, energy, or large enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Additional Details:
- Expectation for Start: 2-4 weeks after offer. This role requires a specific start date and resources that can meet it.
- Labor Type: Technical. Hours per Day: 8.
