Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Architect to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of a modern Syndications Pipeline and Portfolio lightweight workflow tool leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technologies (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) within the Azure cloud environment. This role will play a key role in enabling productivity gains, operational efficiency, automation, and real-time data visibility for the Syndications Operations unit in line with strategic priorities to expand mobilization product offerings and ensure future-ready technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect the end-to-end solution for the Syndications Pipeline and Portfolio workflow tool using Microsoft Power Platform on Azure.

Lead high-level and low-level design including solution architecture, data models, security, integration interfaces, and deployment pipelines.

Provide technical leadership in iterative development cycles following SAFe agile methodologies including PI Planning, iteration planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt ceremonies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and workable components.

Lead migration strategy and execution for historical data migration from legacy systems (Oracle database) into the new Azure cloud database.

Design and implement scalable, automated workflows, including notifications, stage management, and CRM-like investor engagement capabilities.

Oversee integration of Power Platform apps with internal IFC corporate systems ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

Define and implement reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions enabling role-based visibility for teams (Team Leads, Managers, Executives).

Establish robust quality assurance approaches and certify go-live readiness in coordination with QA teams.

Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing stabilization and support activities post-deployment.

Ensure compliance with service level agreements related to timeliness, quality, and resource retention.

Explore opportunities to integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Power Apps Copilot) into the platform for enhanced user experience and productivity.

Required Skills and Experience

Extensive experience in architecting and delivering Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) solutions in a cloud environment, preferably Azure.

Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code development paradigms and enterprise-grade workflow automation.

Proven expertise in data modeling, system integration, and security within cloud platforms.

Experience with agile methodologies, especially SAFe framework.

Familiarity with migration of legacy data systems to cloud-based solutions.

Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, QA) and facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable architectural solutions that support business growth and evolving needs.

Experience working in financial or syndicated loan environments is a plus.
