Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Oracle EBS R12 (12.1/12.2) deep knowledge of HR technical architecture, APIs, Interfaces, conversions.
Expertise in PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, BEs, DB Links, Synonyms.
Strong hands on experience with different integrations, inbound/outbound file processing, SOA/REST/SFTP.
Strong experience with BI/XML Publisher, Bursting, Data Templates, Layouts.
Experience leading teams in WebADI, Alerts, OAF customizations, Forms Personalizations, AME/Workflow.
Ability to review design documents (MD050/MD070), provide technical estimations, and perform code reviews.
Strong SQL tuning, performance optimization, and AWR/trace analysis skills.
Experience in data conversions, HR/Payroll migrations, and Cutover planning.
Understanding of Security/GRC, SSO/LDAP/AD integrations, and audit requirements.
Knowledge of Custom PLL, OAF Extensions (functional & technical), and personalization rules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and development across HR modules.
Own technical architecture for integrations, conversions, reports, and custom objects.
Review all technical deliverables MD070, mapping sheets, PL/SQL code, XML templates.
Guide the team on complex HR APIs, element entries, retro, costing logic, and payroll flows.
Plan and manage Cutover activities, deployments, and production migrations.
Troubleshoot high priority issues across interfaces, workflows, payroll processes, and custom programs.
Manage end to end delivery of WebADIs, Alerts, XML Reports, OAF Pages, AME/Workflow enhancements.
Coordinate with DBA, SOA, Network, IDM, and external vendors for performance & stability.
Drive performance tuning initiatives (SQL tuning, indexing, statistics, materialized views).
Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and maintain development best practices.
