Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Oracle E Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) Core HR, SSHR, OAF Self Service.
Strong understanding of HR setups: Jobs, Positions, Grade/Grade Rates, Salary Basis, People Management, Element Eligibility.
Hands on experience with HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, Org Hierarchies.
Expertise with AME, Approvals, Fast Formulas (functional understanding).
Strong exposure to AOL objects (Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Profile Options).
Familiarity with AOL setups Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, Concurrent Programs, Request Groups.
Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications.
Understanding of integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, XML Publisher, Alerts, WebADIs.
Experience in test cycles Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Runs.
Understanding of HR audits, access reviews, and GRC controls.
Ability to write BR100, MD050 (Functional), TE040 test scripts, SOPs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Core HR, SSHR.
Drive requirement gathering workshops, GAP analysis, and functional design documentation.
Maintain and update HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, and Organization Hierarchies.
Support functional testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel runs.
Review HR processes, propose optimizations, and ensure best practices.
Coordinate with Technical teams on integrations, conversions, customizations, and reports.
Validate payroll calculations, costing, and end to end process flows.
Support AME rules, workflow approvals, form personalizations (functional view).
Conduct HR data validations and support employee data corrections.
Perform impact analysis for patches, upgrades, and monthly releases.
Create user training documents and provide end user training.
Work with SOA/EDI/Network/IDM teams for functional coordination.
Ensure compliance with HR audits, security reviews, and change management processes.
