This position is for a Delivery Lead within the Global Technology Change Governance & Oversight team. The role is responsible for driving governance and control efforts related to Change Governance. This involves leading and executing internal control discipline and operational excellence, ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide standards through established processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the change process with stakeholders including Risk, Audit, and external Regulators.
- Support change management deliverables and project documentation such as issue/risk logs, status reports, and project plans.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely action and coordination on all reporting-related deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance analysis and review of data, generate reports, and publish them within established timelines.
- Independently manage tasks and proactively understand responsibilities.
- Drive the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices.
- Develop work breakdown structures and execute corresponding action plans.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management and/or as a delivery lead.
Technical Skills:- Experience performing data analysis and reporting using Excel, Pivot, Tableau, and SQL.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of Change Management and associated controls.
Professional Skills:- Knowledge of risk management approaches, processes, tools, and routines.
- Ability to identify weak points in processes and organizational structures.
- Experience in gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data for target solutions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Prior business process management or control framework knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of change management systems such as Jira, Horizon, Remedy, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with SharePoint and Wiki.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills with the ability to positively influence and motivate teams.
- Ability to coordinate and drive the execution of multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated increasing levels of accountability and ownership.
- Knowledge of Co-Pilot.
