IT Senior Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an IT Senior Director.

Summary:
The Senior Director serves as a strategic and operational leader within IT, partnering with executive leadership to drive complex initiatives, support enterprise programs, and ensure alignment across teams. This role provides oversight of key projects, enhances cross-functional collaboration, and ensures successful implementation and integration of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee enterprise IT initiatives and programs
* Partner with senior leadership to drive strategy, operations, and execution
* Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Provide direction and oversight for departmental leaders and operations
* Support development and implementation of policies, programs, and procedures
* Facilitate communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management efforts
* Act as a liaison across internal teams and external partners
* Provide recommendations on projects, budgets, and operational improvements
* Serve as a delegate for senior leadership as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field
* 7-8+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, operations, or related functions
* Experience managing complex programs, initiatives, or organizational operations
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic outcomes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
