What will your day look like? As an Information Systems Coordinator, you will:
Evaluate operating software, troubleshoot system issues, and determine end-user technology needs.
Provide training and support to employees on hardware, software, and internal systems.
Maintain and update organizational website and intranet content in collaboration with vendors.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and software/network vendors for installations, upgrades, and support.
Provide data and reporting support for administrative and operational reporting needs.
Recommend and implement technology solutions that improve business processes and staff efficiency.
Assist leadership with developing tools such as forms, reports, and databases.
Support internal communication and office systems including phones, mobile devices, fax, copiers, document imaging, security cameras, and voicemail.
Install and configure IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Coordinate ordering and deployment of hardware and peripherals according to organizational standards.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by configuring and preparing workstation equipment.
You will be a good fit for the Information Systems Coordinator role if you have:
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
At least 3 years of experience with database management
Valid driver s license and proof of personal automobile insurance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and end-user support skills
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Experience implementing and validating new software platforms
Ability to train end users on software applications and systems
Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field
5+ years of hands-on database management experience
Strong knowledge of operating systems and Windows-based environments
Experience with hardware, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
Advanced troubleshooting and technical support skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
