Summary

Job Summary Serve as the primary execution lead for the enterprise MDM roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliverables. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity master data domains. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary execution lead for the enterprise MDM roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliverables. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity master data domains. Lead the MDM Program Management Office, including intake, prioritization, orchestration, reporting, and change management. Champion change management efforts through communications, training coordination, and adoption monitoring. Create cross-functional workstreams to coordinate milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure prompt delivery of MDM initiatives. Design, implement, and continuously improve MDM governance, operating models, and business processes with support from MDM Lead. Work closely with Digital Technology to support implementation, integration, and optimization of the enterprise MDM platform. Develop and maintain program reporting, KPIs, and executive-ready updates. Identify issues and risks proactively and escalate them with recommended options. Support vendor coordination and contribute to ensuring accountability for delivery and outcomes. Contribute to building reusable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge assets to support scalability and continuity. Required Qualifications 1012 years of experience in data, operations, digital technology, finance, or related enabling functions. 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management with a strong understanding of master data concepts, data governance, and business/technology alignment. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives. Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics for executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP, enterprise systems, or master data tools such as Reltio, Stibo, or Informatica. Ability to lead onshore and offshore teams and ensure SLAs are met. Strong awareness of Customer and Product MDM processes. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments. Structured thinker with strong program management and prioritization capabilities. Influencer who can build trust and momentum without formal authority. Passion for data quality, operational excellence, and business impact. Education: Bachelors Degree
