Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Type:  Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 13+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
  • Create process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Prepare documentation and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills:

  • 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in business and functional requirements analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and technical teams.
  • Experience in UAT coordination and test case validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects.
