Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain Data Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Supply Chain processes, and SAP data analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP MDG, SAP Master Data Management (MDM), SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and extracting/analyzing data from SAP systems to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

This role requires an experienced professional who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize supply chain processes, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights using SAP and modern analytics tools. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Required Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules including:
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP PP (Production Planning)

• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization)
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with SAP system testing including SIT and UAT.
• Strong experience with Supply Chain reporting and analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large, multi-source datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven client interaction experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze SAP Supply Chain data to identify trends, operational issues, and process improvement opportunities.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP systems to support business reporting and analytics.
• Support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) initiatives and maintain high-quality master data.
• Manage and improve material master, vendor master, BOM, and other supply chain master data.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools.
• Monitor and report Supply Chain KPIs including inventory turns, OTIF, forecast accuracy, and operational performance.
• Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and migration activities.
• Participate in system testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvements across Supply Chain and Master Data processes.
• Ensure data governance standards and data integrity across SAP environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or brownfield conversions.
• SAP MDG certification.
• APICS certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Experience with SAP Data Services or other ETL tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks.
