Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Consultant with hands-on expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse or other leading Supply Chain Planning solutions such as o9, Blue Yonder, OMP, or E2Open. Candidates with experience in any of these advanced planning platforms are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline with a focus on Operations or Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Supply Chain Advanced Planning Solutions such as Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, OMP, or E2Open.
• Proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of a Supply Chain Planning solution, including:
  • Business requirements gathering
  • Solution design and development
  • Testing
  • Go-live/Cutover
  • Hypercare support
  • Value realization
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration requirements.
• Analyze customer supply chain networks, operating models, planning processes, system landscapes, and implementation objectives.
• Design solution architecture, data models, configurations, and customizations using standard RapidResponse capabilities.
• Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design sessions.
• Assign and oversee configuration tasks, review deliverables, and monitor project progress.
• Apply advanced analytical and mathematical models to address complex supply chain planning challenges.
• Stay current with supply chain industry trends and benchmark customer performance against industry standards.
• Support data integration and data management activities, including:
  • Source system data transformation
  • Data loading into RapidResponse
  • Data validation and cleansing
• Partner with Account Executives and Client Partners to support pre-sales and solution discussions.
• Ensure quality through unit testing, end-to-end testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve solution-related issues.
• Evaluate project performance, document lessons learned, and ensure adherence to Kinaxis implementation methodologies and quality standards.
