Summary

The Client is looking for an experienced RPA Software Engineer to join a fast-paced Agile team focused on designing and developing advanced automation and document intelligence solutions. In this role, you will leverage technologies like Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure to transform large, complex data sources and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation and document intelligence solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Perform advanced developer duties, including solution design, document ingestion, and search enablement.
  • Convert large, multi-hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable intake artifacts.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with APIs and databases, including RESTful web services and SQL DBs.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide infrastructure support and drive continuous improvement of automated workflows.
  • Build analytics and reports based on both structured and unstructured data sources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on RPA development experience, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism (including attended/unattended bots).
  • 8+ years of experience with RPA integration (APIs, RESTful services, and SQL databases).
  • 8+ years of experience developing reports and building analytics based on structured/unstructured data.
  • Proven experience with Azure infrastructure troubleshooting and Power Automate development (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Work Environment: This position is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite (Thursday and Friday) at the location in Austin, TX, and 3 days remote.

Note: Only candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (within a 50-mile radius).
