Summary

The HRIS Analyst supports the daily administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems. This role serves as a liaison to Human Resources, IT, Finance and Payroll to ensure efficient processes, data integrity, and a positive end-user experience. The HRIS Analyst focuses on operational execution, system configuration, reporting, and issue resolution.

Start Date: June 2026

Contract Duration: 18-months

Remote / Travel: Primarily remote with some on-site for milestones.
  • East Coast candidates preferred.

Requirements:
  • 5 + years of HRIS or HR systems experience; hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand Performance and Compensation Management preferred
  • Administer and maintain HRIS modules across various platforms (Core HR & Benefits in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2, Recruitment in Infinite BrassRing, Performance and Compensation Management in Cornerstone OnDemand)
  • Perform routine system configurations, business rule updates, mass data changes, and monitor system integrations and interfaces
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, reconciliation, and validation processes; ensure compliance with privacy, data governance, and record retention standards
  • Create and deliver standard and ad hoc reports; document processes, configurations, and procedures to assist with end-user training, user guides, and communications
  • Support annual compensation planning processes including configuration of worksheets, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and proration logic; support annual and ongoing performance cycles including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes
