Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Onsite QA Automation Lead to act as a key point of contact and drive end-to-end quality assurance activities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including development pods, offshore teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact (POC) for QA-related activities.
- Actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.
- Collaborate closely with development teams (pods) to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
- Coordinate with offshore QA teams, ensuring alignment, task clarity, and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and impact analysis.
- Lead and participate in defect triage calls, ensuring prioritization and resolution of issues.
- Perform impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
- Take full ownership and accountability for QA deliverables and outcomes.

Automation & Technical Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Leverage and enhance existing automation frameworks.
- Define and execute the automation strategy aligned with sprint goals.
- Ensure automation is integrated within sprints, minimizing backlog accumulation.
- Develop automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend systems.
- Work with technologies such as:
- Java & Selenium
- API testing tools/frameworks
- AWS-based environments

Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong experience in QA leadership or lead roles in Agile environments.
- Hands-on expertise in test automation using Java and Selenium.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
