Summary

Oracle HCM (ORC) Solution Developer 100% Remote 

 

They are hunting for a very Sr HCM developer with ORC experience. (Must have solid ORC)

I need strong end to end development skills and they have to be very experienced in ORC.

Must have VBCS/APEX, OIC, reporting, fast formulas, APIs, SQL, etc.

 

Details:

  • Remote
  • 6 month contract to start, strong chance of extension
  • OK with C2C but would like candidates who wouldn’t need sponsorship in the future, so no H1Bs currently being accepted

 

 

  • Day-to-day/The Project:
    • TWU is a lean team, and they always need people to wear multiple hats and help out in other areas in Oracle. They are a heavily customized environment and do a lot of solutions from scratch.
    • Minimum seven years of experience supporting and developing solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM, including senior-level experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and related HCM modules.
    • The main role is an end to end developer with deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
    • Someone to handle design to implementation including coding, configuration, integrations, design, deployment, stakeholder engagement, etc.
    • Their role involves system architecture, workflow automation, compliance, integrations, and reporting to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations.
    • They also have needs in Oracle security so it’s a huge plus if this developer has any experience in Oracle cloud application security duties

 

  • TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
    • Must have Senior  level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development:
      • Expertise in HCM module focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM)
      • Needs to be able to do custom builds in HCM
      • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM, with strong expertise in ORC, Hiring, Journeys, and Workflow.
      • Proven experience designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, particularly in Talent Acquisition and onboarding.
      • Strong hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, including analysis and development.
      • Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle APEX.
      • Experience working with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) and REST-based integrations.
      • Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL, including complex queries for validation, troubleshooting, and logic support.
      • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM AI-enabled and generative AI capabilities, and the ability to responsibly evaluate and apply them to enhance employee experience.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Decent communications skills to interface with internal teams and the business stakeholders
