Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site technical support for end users in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Support Windows desktops, peripheral devices, and end-user hardware while coordinating repairs with external vendors as needed.
- Serve as a technical liaison between IT, networking teams, and operational technology (OT) stakeholders.
- Support IT/OT integration by assisting with network-connected manufacturing equipment and control systems.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues, including connectivity, printers, scanners, and device management.
- Demonstrate foundational understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, firewall rules, and LAN segmentation.
- Assist in identifying issues, gathering relevant information, and routing problems to the appropriate technical teams.
- Support mobile and specialized devices managed through mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
- Troubleshoot print servers and network-based printing issues.
- Deliver strong customer service while supporting users across multiple shifts or schedules.
- Work independently and proactively to resolve issues and drive tasks to completion.
- Adhere to workplace safety requirements and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable IT services within a production environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
