Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative partner onboarding programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and operationalize processes that will drive success in a fast-paced environment.

<>Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a robust partner engagement framework, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Develop and maintain scalable operational processes, transferring ownership to cross-functional teams for sustained success.
  • Create tracking and reporting systems to monitor program performance and partner compliance.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to establish a streamlined communication strategy for partner-facing interactions.
  • Build technical support and enablement resources, including training programs and troubleshooting guides for partners.
  • Establish governance and risk management frameworks to ensure program stability and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations during the build phase, addressing any challenges that arise.
<>Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, particularly in building programs from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, able to identify gaps and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of producing executive-level documentation and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams, including engineering, business development, and marketing.
<>Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the advertising technology or marketing technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with consent management and data privacy regulations.
  • Background in designing automated communication workflows for large partner ecosystems.
  • Certifications such as PMP or PgMP are a plus.
