Job Title : Business Process & Data Analyst (SharePoint / Power Platform)/Application Developer 1

Location : Azusa, CA

Worksite : Hybrid

Duration : 12+ months

Job Overview

This role will focus on SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and data management solutions that streamline member onboarding, leadership tracking, board-selection processes, reporting, and workforce development initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, reporting, data management, or workflow automation.
  • Strong SharePoint experience, including lists, libraries, metadata, permissions, and site architecture.
  • Hands-on Power BI experience with data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting.
  • Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, lookups, reporting, and data cleansing.
  • Experience designing databases, forms, workflows, and reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and role-based access controls.
  • Strong analytical, project management, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
