Organizational Design Senior Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Organizational Design Senior Manager in Miami, FL (Florida).

Summary:
The Organizational Design Senior Manager will partner with senior executives and HR leaders to drive enterprise-wide organizational transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for designing future-state operating models, organizational structures, governance frameworks, and workforce capabilities that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational health. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, leading organizational design engagements from assessment through implementation while influencing executive-level stakeholders and shaping enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple organizational design and transformation initiatives, including restructures, operating model design, governance frameworks, and workforce capability planning
* Partner with senior executives and HR Business Partners to define and implement future-state organizational structures
* Facilitate organizational design workshops and stakeholder sessions across various business units
* Conduct assessments, interviews, and organizational analyses to understand current-state challenges and identify improvement opportunities
* Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations that clearly communicate organizational design strategies and business impacts
* Manage organizational health and transformation projects through all project lifecycle phases, including planning, execution, and benefit realization
* Utilize organizational analytics, workforce data, and org chart technologies to evaluate effectiveness and develop future-state solutions
* Conduct benchmarking research, business case development, and ROI analyses to support organizational recommendations
* Lead change management efforts and influence stakeholders during periods of organizational transformation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Management Consulting, HR Business Partnering, Strategy, Workforce Planning, or related disciplines
* Strong experience partnering with senior leadership to design organizational structures, operating models, and transformation strategies
* Experience developing business cases, organizational assessments, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps
* Expertise in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, project management, and business analysis
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for executive audiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging workforce and organizational data
* Demonstrated success managing complex projects within global and rapidly growing organizations
* Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence executive stakeholders across multiple business functions
* Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
