We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing a wide range of complex legal matters, including litigation, trial, creditors' rights, real estate litigation, eviction, landlord-tenant disputes, property management counsel, insurance defense, hearings, motion practice, courtroom, and summary ejectment. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation and trial proceedings.
• Defend creditors' rights and handle real estate litigation matters.
• Manage eviction proceedings, landlord-tenant disputes, and provide knowledgeable property management counsel.
• Represent clients in insurance defense cases and conduct thorough hearings and motion practices.
• Present cases in the courtroom, including summary ejectment matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and legal implications.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Stay updated with the latest legal trends, regulations, and court decisions affecting the practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation, trial, creditors' rights, real estate litigation, eviction, landlord-tenant issues, property management counsel, insurance defense, hearings, motion practice, courtroom, and summary ejectment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong ethical and professional standards, including maintaining client confidentiality.
