Description
The position is based in Wall Township, NJ, with a hybrid work model and is a contract role. 
The role involves leading technical efforts for Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and standards. 
Responsibilities include design, integration, and support using general integration technologies.
Provide technical leadership across design, development, integration, and support.
Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners for scalable solutions.
Drive governance and oversight beyond implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate on design and development of integrations.
Review and approve designs, code, and configurations.
Ensure proper documentation and monitoring are built into integrations.
Support testing strategies to ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical lead and point of contact for external partners.
Partner closely to review and guide technical designs and configurations.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards.
Provide oversight and quality assurance on all technical deliverables.
Oversee data architecture and validate security configurations.

Qualifications
7 years of technical experience in configuration, integrations, and development.
Experience collaborating with external partners on large-scale implementations.
Hands-on expertise with general integration technologies.
Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware concepts.
Proficiency in XML, JSON, and integration debugging and performance tuning.
