Product Analyst (Appian)

Digital Orchestration Layer (DOL) 100% Remote Role

Overview

Seeking a Product Analyst to support DOL, an Appian-based workflow orchestration platform, and a strategic clone/cleanse initiative as part of the DePuy separation program. The role combines business process analysis, workflow documentation, Appian functional knowledge, user management, testing, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders.
• Document business processes, workflows, requirements, and operating procedures.
• Analyze Appian configurations, workflows, roles, security, and integrations.
• Support DOL clone/cleanse activities, including migration and user-role mapping.
• Manage user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and validation.
• Coordinate across business, development, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive deliverables with strong ownership and accountability.

Required Experience

• 5+ years as a Product, Business, or Functional Analyst.
• Expertise in process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience with BPM, workflow automation, or orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of application configurations and user access management.
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
• Proven ability to independently drive outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Appian platform exposure (analyst, admin, support).
• Experience with application migrations, carve-outs, or separation programs.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms and workflow solutions.
• Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Shared Services domain experience.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
