Technical Product Manager (TPM)

Seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead discovery, scope, and requirements for healthcare software products. This role bridges business, clinical operations, and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, requirements, and backlog management in an agile environment

• Translate business and clinical needs into epics, user stories, and technical specifications

• Drive product strategy, roadmap alignment, and delivery trade-offs

• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams

• Manage full product lifecycle, enhancements, and go-to-market support

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ years in IT and/or healthcare; 5 years in TPM/PO/Senior BA roles

• Strong agile, SDLC, and requirements management expertise

• Proven product lifecycle ownership and stakeholder leadership

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Up to 25% travel
