Role: Senior Systems Analyst (Informatica MDM & Data Governance)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days office (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays)
Duration: 10 months
Position Overview
Need an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support enterprise-level Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives within the SHARP platform.
This role requires a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Informatica tools, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality frameworks, along with the ability to work independently on complex, large-scale data environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements or enhancements
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for system changes
- Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Design and support data processing workflows and system integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data input/output requirements and reporting needs
- Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements
- Support implementation of data governance, data quality, and master data initiatives
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Informatica tools, including:
PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360 - 10+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and reference data solutions
- 10+ years of experience developing and implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Strong experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on complex initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Snowflake and enterprise-scale datasets (4+ years preferred)
Experience in healthcare or public health environments
Prior experience working with a state agency
Experience with Python scripting for automation and API integrations
