Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of life-cycle projects from inception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, expectations, activities, cost estimates, and schedules
- Collaborate with business units to understand and translate requirements into actionable project plans
- Lead project teams through all phases: planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition
- Create and maintain clear project documentation and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Manage project budgets, monitor risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Identify, communicate, and resolve issues impacting project timelines or quality
- Oversee vendor contracts, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and proper contract management
- Coordinate resources, establish team objectives, and manage personnel changes and training
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, escalate issues as needed, and work towards resolving project challenges
- Promote team development and build a collaborative environment for project success
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and processes for complex, high-stakes projects
Requirements - Extensive experience managing multiple large, complex projects
- Deep understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies, and business requirements analysis
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships across organizational units
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of contract management and legal aspects related to projects
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- PMP Certification or equivalent experience managing enterprise projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
