Our client seeks an Enterprise Change Management Consultant to lead communications and organizational change management for the Business Project Management Office. The role requires collaboration with business leaders, development of stakeholder plans, and delivery of metrics that demonstrate process effectiveness.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead communication and organizational change management efforts for BPMO initiatives, including stakeholder identification, analysis, and execution of messaging, timing, and channel delivery.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and update change management standards, processes, and tools.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to change management standards and processes across BPMO and project associates.
  • Manage the entire change lifecycle, ensuring changes are recorded, reviewed, assessed, evaluated, authorized, coordinated, tested, and closed.
  • Develop and report KPIs, output metrics, workload metrics, and process metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Facilitate meetings to ensure risks and impacts of change are understood and mitigated.
  • Collaborate with leaders and workstreams to align change strategies with department and company needs.

Experience Requirements:
  • 6+ years in project management, business analysis, and/or change management with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in banking or financial services.
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs and develop communication and change strategies.
  • Capability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Creative problem solving with strategic solutions to complex communication challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Process engineering skills and working knowledge of project methodology.
  • Strong communications, writing, and editing skills.
  • Experience with electronic delivery channels and processes.
  • Expertise with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Preferred: PROSCI certification.
  • Preferred: Experience with nCino or Salesforce.
  • Preferred: Ability to design and execute measurements to evaluate solution effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma or GED considered with qualifying experience.
