Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and produce compelling visual assets across print and digital channels. This role suits a creative individual who thrives in a fast-moving agency setting, can balance multiple deadlines, and consistently delivers high-quality work that aligns with client objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong design judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to translate direction into effective, brand-aligned creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop visually engaging marketing and advertising materials for both print and digital use, applying strong typography, composition, and color choices.
Manage several design assignments at once while maintaining quality standards and meeting established turnaround times.
Interpret creative guidance from leadership and account teams to produce assets that support campaign goals and client messaging.
Review work carefully, implement revisions accurately, and ensure final deliverables are accurate and free of errors.
Adjust priorities as project needs evolve and maintain a dependable level of output in a deadline-driven environment.
Contribute fresh creative ideas, collaborate with teammates, and provide support that improves overall team efficiency and consistency.
Prepare production-ready files and design layouts that align with print specifications and digital requirements.
Take on additional creative tasks as needed to support agency operations and business priorities.
Requirements
3+ years of detail-oriented graphic design experience, preferably within a fast-paced advertising or agency environment.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ability to create original, high-quality visual concepts for advertisements, brochures, banner ads, and other branded materials.
Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, typography, and color theory across print and digital media.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Solid knowledge of print production processes and how design decisions translate to final output.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills when working with internal teams and a variety of clients.
Experience using additional design tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver or similar platforms is a plus.
