Senior Cloud ETL Platform Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Cloud ETL Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data integration platforms in cloud environments. This role focuses on ETL platform administration, cloud infrastructure automation, and ensuring high availability and reliability of data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud technologies, ETL tools, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize production systems. Key Responsibilities Configure, deploy, and manage ETL platforms in cloud and on-premise environments Design and implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform Automate administrative and operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Java, or shell scripting Install, upgrade, and maintain ETL tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or similar platforms Support migration of ETL platforms across different tools or environments Configure monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure platform availability and performance Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory Design and deploy automated processes for provisioning and maintaining ETL infrastructure Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system outages Participate in on-call support, incident management, and release management activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable data integration solutions Required Qualifications Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or similar platforms Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory Strong scripting skills in Python, Groovy, Java, or shell scripting Experience with platform monitoring, alerting, and high-availability configurations Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting critical systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments Preferred Qualifications Certification in AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms Experience with ETL platform migration projects Experience building highly automated, scalable cloud-based data platforms Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: AWS , Azure
