IAM Analyst

Description
The System Provisioning Analyst will be responsible for managing user accounts and access privileges across various systems and platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure user accounts are created, modified, and deactivated accurately and efficiently, in alignment with organizational policies and security standards. This role will work closely with IT teams, HR, and other departments to facilitate smooth user onboarding and offboarding processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
System Provisioning Analyst
User Account Management:
o Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across multiple systems and platforms, following established procedures and security protocols.
System Provisioning:
o Ensure timely and accurate provisioning of user accounts based on predefined roles, access levels, and permissions, in accordance with organizational policies.
User Onboarding and Offboarding:
o Collaborate with HR and relevant stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning new accounts, granting appropriate access, and disabling accounts for departing employees.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of system provisioning activities, access requests, and changes, and generate reports as required.
Compliance:
o Stay up to date with process standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to system provisioning processes.
Troubleshooting and Support:
o Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users regarding account-related issues, password resets, and access problems.
Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for process optimization and automation, contributing to the continuous improvement of system provisioning workflows and procedures.
Collaboration:
o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Application Owners and department managers, to streamline system provisioning processes and resolve any operational challenges.
Request Management:
o Track, prioritize and resolve requests through the IT Service Management tool.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
o 1-2 years of experience in system provisioning, access management, security, or other related roles.
Analytical Skills:
o Ability to interpret system access requests, documentation, and reports.
Technical Proficiency:
o Familiarity with directory services, such as Active Directory, LDAP, etc.
o Knowledge of user account management and access control principles
o Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and application provisioning
o Proficient with IT Service Management ticketing systems
Attention to Detail:
o Identifying and understanding access requests
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Collaborating with HR, IT teams, managers and end-users
o Articulating access decisions and recommendations clearly
Must have the desire and ability to provide and receive sensitive and confidential information in a need-to-know manner that creates and maintains confidentiality.
Attend meetings as requested or needed to accomplish work assigned, deliver on expectations, demonstrate team accountability, fully engage in budget meetings, committee meetings, or community meetings with a high level of professional discernment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
