Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop and deliver product strategy and vision for global End User Desktop Workspace platforms. The role will focus on virtual and physical desktop products within a banking enterprise environment.

Job Responsibilities:

·         We’re looking for a Product Manager to Develop and Deliver Product Strategy and Vision Define and communicate the product vision, aligning it with the company’s strategic objectives.

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for virtual and physical desktop platforms.

·         Ensure the product roadmap reflects end user needs, market trends, and technological advancements.

·         Agile Product Development Lead cross-functional teams through agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

·         Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

·         Facilitate sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings, promoting continuous improvement.

·         Drive End-User Experience Advocate for the end-user by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the product development process.

·         Collaborate with UXUI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

·         Monitor and analyze user metrics to drive data-informed product decisions.

·         Develop and execute a strong customer engagement model Drive Cloud Adoption Promote and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability, flexibility and performance.

·         Work closely with cloud service providers to optimize the integration and deployment of cloud technologies.
