Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to support complex ordering, billing, and service orchestration initiatives across a distributed, API-driven ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing services, integrations, and dependencies within the ordering and billing ecosystem.
- Understand how new APIs function, including inputs, outputs, validation rules, and downstream impacts.
- Build end-to-end service and logic flow diagrams that explain service interactions, data movement, and exception paths.
- Translate technical integration behavior into clear visuals and documentation.
- Support validation requests related to service behavior, API usage, and data flow assumptions.
- Work in close partnership with Solution Architects, who own the end solution and define the focus of analysis.
- Act as a technical bridge between Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in roles such as Integration Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst is required. Candidates must have proven experience working in large-scale, integration-heavy enterprise platforms.

Skills should include service mapping, dependency analysis, and understanding API contracts. Experience documenting integration logic using diagrams and structured artifacts is also required.
