Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Financial Management (ITFM) to design, implement, and lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role will focus on aligning business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities, with key integrations across ApptioOne and Databricks.

You will play a client-facing leadership role, driving solution architecture, implementation, and delivery while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITFM solutions aligned to business needs
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams and guide end-to-end delivery (design → go-live → stabilization)
  • Build and enhance ServiceNow ITFM capabilities, including integrations with ApptioOne and Databricks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Drive client-facing discussions, demos, and presentations
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (story grooming, sprint planning, execution)
  • Oversee data integrations, ETL pipelines, and workflows within ServiceNow
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITFM (IT Financial Management)
  • Experience with IT Service Level Management (ITSLM)
  • Solid understanding of cloud financial management / FinOps
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and data workflows
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
  • Ability to design scalable solutions and understand downstream impacts
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • ApptioOne (ITFM / TBM tools)
    • Databricks or modern data platforms
    • CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
    • ITOM and Enterprise Architecture
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or Architect-level) preferred

Leadership Experience

  • 3+ years in team leadership / project delivery roles
  • Experience leading distributed teams and complex implementations
