Job Description
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise-level technology solutions supporting the Global Gaming division. This role operates within the Business Technology Global Gaming team and serves as a key authority on solution architecture, ensuring that applications and infrastructure are scalable, resilient, secure, and compliant with regulatory and corporate standards.
Responsibilities
Design and govern enterprise and solution architectures that support Global Gaming business and operational needs.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable technical architectures.
Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, patterns, and roadmaps.
Provide architectural oversight to ensure solutions align with approved designs, security requirements, and enterprise standards.
Partner with Cyber Security teams to embed security controls, risk management, and compliance into all technology designs.
Oversee security architecture considerations including vulnerability management, compliance posture, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation across brands, platforms, and shipboard environments.
Ensure production deployments adhere to approved architecture designs and security standards.
Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills
5-8 years of progressive experience in technology roles, with increasing responsibility across architecture, infrastructure, and security domains.
3-5 years in an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Security Architect role within a large-scale, complex environment
Strong understanding of hybrid architectures, including on-premises, cloud, and edge/shipboard deployments.
Ensure architecture designs align with Zero Trust principles, security best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, PCI DSS).
Translate business requirements into enterprise-level architecture designs using modern, secure, and scalable technologies.
Bachelor's degree
Availability to visit a ship within first 3 months for hands-on experience
Experience supporting gaming, hospitality, maritime, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with shipboard or highly distributed operational environments.
Architecture or security certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, Cloud Architect certifications).
Translate business requirements into enterprise-level architecture designs using modern, secure, and scalable technologies.
