Summary

Role: Salesforce CPQ BA

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to support enterprise application initiatives and help optimize business processes through Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce CPQ experience, excellent business analysis skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional requirements/user stories.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and development teams on Salesforce CPQ configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes across multiple teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex functional, application, and process-related issues through resolution.
  • Develop, review, and execute test scripts and perform end-to-end/UAT testing.
  • Support implementation of new technologies and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure data integrity, internal controls, audit trails, and scalable application solutions.
  • Prepare user guides and technical/functional documentation and conduct end-user training.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, with strong experience in Salesforce CPQ.
  • 5 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience preferred.
  • Experience working with development teams to configure, implement, and support Salesforce/Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation/communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce CPQ or relevant Salesforce certification.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Enterprise/corporate application experience.
  • Experience supporting business transformation and process optimization.
