Summary

Job Title: Complaint Resolution Specialist

We are hiring a Complaint Resolution Specialist to support case review and public complaint handling activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing complaints
  • Communicating with complainants professionally
  • Interpreting Florida statutes and jurisdiction
  • Documenting case activities in Versa and OnBase
  • Sending written correspondence and closing cases

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with the public
  • Ability to review and understand statutes/laws
  • Good organizational and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Versa and OnBase systems
  • Bachelor s degree
