Summary

Role: Infor XA (Mapics) Techno-functional Consultant

Location: Los Angeles, CA remote

Duration: Contract

Experience & Skills

Must have 8+ years of Infor XA techno-functional experience with strong knowledge on modules like IFM, COM, PUR, MRP, IM, INV, EPDM.

Excellent command of RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, and OS/400 commands.

Familiar with job schedulers (ROBOT), debugging, AS/400 utilities; exposure to SFTP, JSON, and XML.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Translate BRD into functional/technical specs; design, develop, and document Infor XA customizations.

Configure, develop, and test customizations; suggest improvements.

Support ERP XA user queries across modules; manage integrations and interfaces.

Monitor ERP systems, maintain licensing; assist with upgrades and conduct user training.

Good to have: experience in Infor IDF, Powerlink, Robot Scheduler, Aldon.

Preferred

ERP implementation experience.

Expertise in SQL queries and performance tuning.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
