Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite. This role requires a strategic mindset to bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring a highly automated, scalable, and transparent IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership
· Design and implement scalable ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Provisioning & Governance (CPG)
CMDB Governance
· Define, implement, and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
· Ensure the CMDB serves as a reliable “single source of truth”
Service Mapping
· Lead the design and development of top-down service maps for critical business services
· Provide visibility into service dependencies and infrastructure
Process Automation
· Architect and implement automated workflows for infrastructure provisioning, event correlation, and incident remediation
· Drive reduction in MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution)
Integration Design
· Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Splunk, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Strategic Roadmap
· Partner with stakeholders to define and execute a long-term ITOM roadmap aligned with organizational and digital transformation goals
