IT MANAGER

We're looking for a dynamic Information Technology (IT) Manager who shares our values of communication and client interaction for a client in Madison, WI. As a Prescient IT Manager, you will:


  • Establish, Maintain, and Provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks;
  • Oversee the IT infrastructure, application development projects and personnel onsite at our client sites;
  • Work cross-functionally across several clients' enterprises between technology and the rest of their business to design and implement large scale solutions; and
  • Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices.

IT Manager Responsibilities

  • Manages the IT operations for our clients;
  • Ensures that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved in-line with objectives by quickly resolving application, hardware, software, network and service issues;
  • Maintains records of new procedures and account documents;
  • Schedules and directs systems upgrades and maintenance;
  • Contributes to the development of the Prescient team, including recruitment and performance appraisals; and
  • Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise of Microsoft M365, Azure, networking (Cisco, Fortinet), virtualization, and security;

  • Experience developing strategies and tactics into overall management approach;

  • Proven Client and Project Management capabilities; and

  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
