About the Role
As an IT Business Analyst II, you ll work closely with business and technical teams to capture requirements, map processes, document workflows, and assist with project execution. You ll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, with clear communication and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Facilitate workshops, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
Create and maintain process flows, SOPs, reference guides, and operational documentation
Support project tracking, UAT coordination, change management, and reporting
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and IT teams
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in requirements gathering, process mapping, and IT project support
Proficiency with Visio, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint
Familiarity with workflow/project tools such as ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT or public health environments
Strong skills in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Power BI
Knowledge of SDLC or Agile practices
