Hiring: IT Business Analyst II (Hybrid Richmond, VA)
We re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business Analyst II to support technology and operations initiatives for a dynamic, multi-team environment. If you enjoy translating business needs into actionable solutions and working closely with stakeholders this role is for you! Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid onsite 3 days/week)

Experience : 4+ Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
Gather, analyze, and document business & technical requirements
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
Support prioritization with product owners and tech teams
Process Mapping & Documentation
Create process flows using Visio
Document current and future workflows
Develop SOPs, guides, and operational documentation
Drive process improvement initiatives
Project & Operational Support
Track tasks, deliverables, and dependencies
Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items
Support testing and UAT coordination
Assist with change management, training, and reporting
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between business, IT, and leadership
Communicate requirements and project updates effectively
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in requirements gathering & documentation
Strong skills in Visio, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in process mapping or IT project support
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT or public health environments
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, or Power BI
Knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodologies
