SAP Functional Consultant CRM & SD (Order-to-Cash)

Job Summary
We are seeking a senior SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM and SAP SD, specializing in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in SAP ECC environments, collaborating with business stakeholders, and supporting end-to-end sales and customer management processes. Experience with SAP Fiori and exposure to S/4HANA are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design, configuration, and support for SAP CRM and SAP SD.

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including opportunity management, order processing, pricing, contracts, billing, returns, and credit management.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.

  • Configure and support solutions within SAP ECC landscapes.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, reports, and interfaces.

  • Support SAP Fiori applications, including functional validation and UAT coordination.

  • Participate in Unit, SIT, and UAT testing and resolve defects.

  • Provide post-go-live support and recommend process improvements.

  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of hands-on SAP Functional experience.

  • Strong expertise in SAP CRM, SAP SD, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

  • Proven experience with SAP ECC implementations and support.

  • Experience supporting SAP Fiori applications.

  • Strong understanding of business processes in Hi-Tech or discrete manufacturing environments (semiconductor industry preferred).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
