About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Change Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new software platform supporting the
Asset Based Lending (ABL) business. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of a complex technology transformation initiative, ensuring alignment across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and operational partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong project and change management expertise with the ability to navigate large-scale system implementations, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a new software solution for the Asset Based Lending organization, from planning through deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project and change management strategies to support organizational readiness and adoption.
- Partner with business, technology, risk, operations, and vendor teams to define requirements, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive governance activities, including project status reporting, executive updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Manage project scope, budget, dependencies, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and deployment readiness.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing roadblocks impacting delivery timelines.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure alignment, communication, and change adoption across impacted teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout implementation.
- Monitor implementation progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize business value.
Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in project management, change management, program management, or technology delivery roles.
- Experience leading large-scale software implementation initiatives within financial services or banking environments.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships.
- Experience developing executive-level communications, dashboards, and status reporting.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting Asset Based Lending (ABL), Commercial Banking, Lending Operations, or Credit platforms.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or equivalent methodologies.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations involving workflow, lending, servicing, or operational platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry.
