About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive execution and governance across multiple products and strategic initiatives within the Commercial Banking organization. In this role, you will oversee portfolio-level delivery, coordinate complex cross-functional programs, and ensure successful execution of business priorities across multiple product teams and value streams.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Change Management, and Business stakeholders to align strategy with execution, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong leader who can influence at all levels, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Responsibilities
Drive Portfolio Delivery
  • Lead delivery oversight across multiple products, programs, and value streams, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution.
  • Establish clear delivery plans, milestones, and governance practices to support successful outcomes.
  • Monitor portfolio health, proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Enable Cross-Functional Execution
  • Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Change Management, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Manage complex cross-product dependencies and facilitate timely resolution of delivery challenges.
  • Build alignment among diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making across multiple organizational levels.
Manage Risk and Delivery Performance
  • Track program status, key deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Escalate critical concerns appropriately and develop mitigation strategies to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Ensure release readiness and operational preparedness across all impacted teams.
Support Strategic Planning and Governance
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into executable plans.
  • Present delivery updates, metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership and governance forums.
  • Contribute to long-term planning, roadmap development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead Agile Planning and Delivery Routines

Facilitate and support key planning and execution activities, including:
  • Quarterly planning and prioritization sessions
  • Big Room Planning events
  • Cross-product and cross-functional synchronization meetings
  • Retrospectives and continuous improvement workshops
  • Strategic portfolio and product reviews
Financial and Benefits Management
  • Develop and manage business cases supporting investment decisions.
  • Track program financials, budgets, and benefit realization.
  • Ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals and expected value.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Execution, Delivery Management, Strategic Planning, Implementation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and delivery portfolios.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Commercial Banking, Financial Services, or a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies and governance practices.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across complex organizations.
  • Experience with portfolio management, change management, and benefits realization.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
