Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in program delivery, business execution, product operations, implementation, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across business and technology organizations.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and supporting large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders and executives at multiple organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within Financial Services, Commercial Banking, or Lending organizations.
  • Familiarity with LoanIQ, commercial lending platforms, or loan servicing systems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformations, modernization initiatives, or platform migrations.
  • Experience with financial accounting, general ledger, payments, tax reporting, or related financial operations.
  • Experience facilitating PI Planning, integrated planning, or large-scale Agile delivery processes.
About the Role

As a Delivery Lead within the Commercial Lending Accounting and Servicing Portfolio, you will help drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives while partnering closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders. You will support delivery planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and organizational alignment to ensure strategic priorities are translated into executable outcomes.

You will play a key role in supporting a major transformation initiative, including the migration from AFS to LoanIQ, while contributing broadly across the portfolio. This position requires strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity within a dynamic, highly visible environment.
Responsibilities
Drive Product Delivery
  • Partner with Product Managers to support end-to-end delivery aligned to product strategy, customer value, and Agile principles.
  • Coordinate work across business and technology teams to ensure successful execution from concept through delivery.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans while maintaining alignment with business priorities.
Enable Planning and Prioritization
  • Support intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new initiatives.
  • Drive backlog readiness and planning activities to improve execution quality and predictability.
  • Provide recommendations on delivery feasibility based on dependencies, capacity, constraints, and historical performance.
Manage Risks and Dependencies
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting delivery outcomes.
  • Support organizational change readiness and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory expectations.
Support PI and Annual Planning
  • Lead preparation activities for PI Planning, including dependency mapping, risk identification, and scope readiness.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams while enabling informed planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure objectives, dependencies, and execution risks remain visible and actionable throughout planning cycles.
  • Contribute to annual planning, roadmap development, and large-scale planning events.
Influence Stakeholders and Improve Execution
  • Build trusted relationships across product, technology, operations, and business teams.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Foster continuous improvement and support teams in adopting effective Agile and product delivery practices.
  • Help strengthen delivery maturity, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
Tools and Technical Experience
Jira and Delivery Management
  • Monitor backlog health, workflow execution, and delivery progress.
  • Validate alignment and traceability across epics, features, stories, and dependencies.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting views to provide actionable delivery insights.
  • Promote Jira best practices and adherence to enterprise delivery standards.
Planning and Governance
  • Experience using Jira and related planning tools to support roadmap execution and PI objectives.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, change management, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
