Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Westborough, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead critical initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, vendor relations, and program oversight.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage vendor relationships to maintain effective communication and ensure successful project outcomes.
Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to drive team collaboration and improve project efficiency.
Lead program management efforts, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking.
Coordinate and monitor cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Implement and optimize Atlassian Jira for project tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project challenges.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate project progress and results.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and its application in project tracking and reporting.
Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and program oversight.
Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects and related technologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to lead diverse teams and drive project success in a dynamic environment.
