AutoTime Functional Specialist - Remote

Main Sail LLC is seeking an experienced AutoTime Functional Specialist to support the validation, remediation, and stabilization of AutoTime integrations and configurations within an SAP shop floor manufacturing environment for a large, regulated commercial manufacturing organization. This role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of SAP-AutoTime interfaces, validating compatibility with the current AutoTime version, and supporting testing and defect resolution through go-live. The AutoTime Functional Specialist will work closely with SAP functional and technical leads to ensure accurate time capture and shop floor execution.
Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and remediate SAP-AutoTime interfaces supporting shop floor operations
- Validate compatibility of SAP integrations with the current AutoTime version and configuration
- Support regression testing of production order operations, confirmations, and labor postings
- Assist with AutoTime configuration validation and alignment with SAP manufacturing processes
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live defect resolution
- Collaborate with SAP Functional and Technical Leads (SAP PI) to resolve integration and data flow issues
- Identify integration risks, data inconsistencies, and operational gaps, driving timely remediation
- Document interface designs, configurations, and operational support procedures
- Support production readiness and stabilization activities
Required Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on AutoTime functional experience in manufacturing or shop floor environments
- Experience supporting integrations between AutoTime and SAP
- Experience supporting timekeeping, labor reporting, and shop floor execution systems
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution skills
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT in integrated system environments
Preferred Additional Experience (Nice to Have - Not Mandatory)
- SAP ECC manufacturing environments
- Regulated or audit-sensitive manufacturing operations
- Experience supporting production cutover and stabilization activities
- Familiarity with manufacturing labor reporting and compliance controls
