Main Sail LLC is seeking an experienced Test & Integration Lead to plan, coordinate, and govern end-to-end testing for an integrated SAP and AutoTime shop floor implementation supporting a large, regulated commercial manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that SAP, AutoTime, and all supporting interfaces function together as an integrated solution, and that testing results provide clear, defensible evidence of readiness for go-live. The Test & Integration Lead will serve as the central authority for testing execution, defect management, and readiness reporting across the program.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) across SAP, AutoTime, and all supporting interfaces
- Support BWXT-led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by ensuring test readiness, environment stability, and defect resolution support
- Manage end-to-end defect triage, prioritization, assignment, and closure tracking
- Coordinate testing activities across SAP functional, technical, AutoTime, data conversion, and integration workstreams
- Track and report test coverage, execution progress, pass/fail rates, and readiness metrics
- Ensure test scenarios adequately validate manufacturing execution, labor capture, and integration flows
- Support pilot execution, production readiness, and Go / No-Go decision support
- Provide clear, concise testing status and risk reporting to project leadership
- Ensure testing artifacts, results, and evidence are complete and audit-ready
Required Experience
- 8+ years of leadership experience coordinating SAP integration testing efforts
- Experience testing manufacturing or shop floor systems
- Strong defect management, reporting, and metrics-driven testing experience
- Experience supporting UAT execution and Go / No-Go readiness decisions
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in complex, integrated environments
Preferred Additional Experience (Nice to Have - Not Mandatory)
- SAP ECC manufacturing implementations
- Experience testing timekeeping or labor integrations with SAP
- Regulated or audit-sensitive manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting pilot deployments and phased go-lives
