Business Intelligence Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Consultant to support strategic initiatives and business operations for Amazon. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and program management capabilities, along with hands-on experience in data querying, reporting, and cross-functional communication. This role requires the ability to analyze business data, generate actionable insights, and deliver accurate reporting to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Drive program management activities including planning, tracking, risk identification, and execution support.
• Manage and mitigate project risks through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver accurate business reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership teams.
• Query and analyze data from AWS databases and other database systems to support reporting and operational insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting processes.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, operational efficiency, and business intelligence processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Stakeholder Management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven expertise in Program Management and Risk Management.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience querying AWS databases or other relational/non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and data extraction/reporting techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or technology environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Prior experience supporting data-driven business operations or analytics initiatives.
