Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production software and hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing applications and processes.
• Participate in the testing, validation, and deployment of new software releases.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability in a production environment.
• Conduct training for end-users on new applications and system functionalities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering or technical sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for customer interaction and technical support.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation and training materials.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment or processes (e.g., CNC, robotics, additive manufacturing).
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards or regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, aerospace).
